The Company’s head office is based in Kyalami Midrand, and it has five strategically positioned branches - three in Gauteng Province, one in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Vanderbijlpark and one each in Cape Town in the Western Cape and in Durban in KwaZulu Natal. Collect-a-Can has a detinning plant in Vanderbijlpark, which takes care of the conversion of the used cans into tin-oxide, steel and briquettes that are used as a separation alloy in cobald mining processes.
